TEHRAN, Dec. 6--An exhibition of posters by Iranian artist, Qobad Shiva, created in the 1960s and 1970s will be held in Tehran’s Khak Gallery from Dec. 10
to 20.
A total of 40 posters will be displayed at the exhibition, ISNA reported.
Shiva is 66 years old and is a well-known graphic design artist. He is among the very few Iranian artists to have mastered typography design.
He graduated in painting from Tehran University in 1966 and received his masters in graphic design from New York’s Pratt University in 1980.
Khak Art Gallery is located in Jhila Alley, Qolhak, Shariati Avenue.
